This policy explains how and when FairFlat pays creator rewards. It sits alongside the Creator Programme Terms. FairFlat is operated by Prudiq Limited.
1. Minimum balance
You can request a payout once your confirmed balance reaches £10. Balances below £10 roll over until they reach the threshold. There is no expiry on a confirmed balance while you remain on the Programme.
2. What counts as confirmed
Only confirmed rewards are withdrawable. Rewards move from pending to confirmed after the 14-day qualification check, once we have verified that the household has at least two members and real use on three separate days. Pending and held amounts are shown separately on your dashboard and cannot be withdrawn until confirmed.
3. Payout lifecycle
- Request. You request a payout of your available confirmed balance from the Payouts screen.
- Review. We run a short check (name match, fraud signals, and identity where required) before approving.
- Paid. Approved payouts are sent to your chosen method and marked paid, with a reference on your history.
4. Timing
Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle. Once approved, funds typically arrive within a few working days for bank transfers and sooner for PayPal, subject to your provider. Requests that need extra checks may take longer, and we will tell you if so.
5. Payment methods
- Bank transfer (UK). Account name, sort code, and account number.
- PayPal. The email address on your PayPal account.
You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate.
6. Name-match requirement
For anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering reasons, the name on your payout account must match the name on your creator profile. We may decline or pause a payout where the names do not match until it is resolved.
7. Identity checks
Above a cumulative earnings threshold, we may ask you to complete an identity check (for example photo ID and proof of address) before we release further payouts. This protects you and meets our legal obligations. Payouts may be held until the check is complete.
8. Corrections and clawback
If a reward is later found invalid (fraud, chargeback, or a household that was never genuine), we may reverse or reclaim it as set out in the Creator Programme Terms, including by offsetting future payouts.
